square feet per gallon (3.7 - 6.2 m²/L) varies with the porosity of the surface. Apply
with a mop or broom. And brush or broom into surface. Drying time is two to three hours at
70ºF (21.1ºC). Drying time can be longer in enclosed areas. The Ameri Floor Prime will
remain slightly tacky when dry. Accumulation in low areas should be wiped up. Note: Poor
ventilation will delay normal drying time. Fans will help increase air circulation to
speed drying time. Steel Services &
Supplies Ameri Floor Prime, under normal conditions, can be applied up to twenty-four
hours before the installation of Steel Services & Supplies Ameri Floor SL floor
leveler providing the floor is kept clean of all foreign material and there is no traffic
which might wear the Steel Services & Supplies Ameri Floor Prime off. For applications
that exceed twenty-four hours, Steel Services & Supplies Ameri Floor Prime should be
re-applied at a diluted ratio of 1:1 with water.
Very porous surfaces will require two applications of Steel
Services & Supplies Ameri Floor Prime. The first application should be at a diluted
rate of 1:1 with water. The second coat should be at full strength, allowing two to three
hours between appliances.
Steel Services & Supplies Ameri Floor Prime should
create a continuous film upon the surface of the concrete. If not, re-apply Steel Services
& Supplies Ameri Floor Prime.
